- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility)
- Maintaining client safety and reporting any changes in condition
- Following infection control guidelines and individualized care plans
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization
- Driving clients to appointments, errands, and outings
- Medication reminders (as permitted by Texas law)
- Accurately clocking in/out and documenting tasks via mobile app
- 1+ year of caregiving experience required (CNA preferred, not required)
- Compassionate, positive, and grounded in integrity
- Joyful and professionally presentable — able to build trust quickly
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Physically able to lift or assist with up to 25 lbs and support mobility
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clear communicator, reliable, and respectful to clients and families
