About the Role:
Join One You Love Homecare Denver as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, where your compassion and skills make a difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Give medication reminders.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Follow the Care Plan and document care activities reporting any changes in client condition.
- Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with HCA Manager to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Clock in and clock out.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; State certification and license in good standing.
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is a plus.
- Familiar with Well Sky Personal Care app preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Pre-employment screening.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to assist with mobility and physical transfers.
- Ability to stand, bend and kneel for extended periods.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
