At One You Love Homecare, we provide compassionate, non-medical home care that allows seniors to remain safe, independent, and respected in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN), you play an important role in developing individualized, non-medical plans of care and ensuring services are delivered according to each client’s needs. You will conduct supervisory visits, support caregivers, and help maintain quality and compliance standards across the agency.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

Visits are assigned based on client needs and supervisory requirements.
This is a per diem position with visits scheduled in advance.
Serving the following areas: Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Longwood, Lake Mary, and Casselberry.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial client evaluations for non-medical home care services.
Develop individualized, non-medical plans of care.
Review and update care plans as client needs change.
Conduct supervisory visits to ensure caregiver performance and care plan adherence.
Provide guidance and support to caregivers.
Document all evaluations, updates, and visits accurately.
Communicate with clients, families, and office staff regarding service needs.
Ensure services align with agency policies and Florida home care regulations.
Participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric experience preferred)
Strong documentation and assessment skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to guide and support non-medical caregiving staff.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
Familiarity with Florida home care regulations and best practices.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
