One You Love Homecare is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs in the Winter Park area. Part-time and full-time opportunities available immediately.

We provide non-medical home care that allows seniors to remain safe, independent, and respected in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We specialize in personalized senior care and professional home care services throughout the Winter Park community.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver / CNA / HHA, you will:

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living
Support clients with dementia or memory care needs
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Provide transportation as assigned
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Remind clients to take medications
Monitor condition and report changes
Follow care plans and infection control guidelines
Document care accurately and clock in/out properly

Qualifications

Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing client transport)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
