One You Love Homecare Winter Park is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time positions in the Lake Mary area.

We match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible and build schedules around your availability.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Schedule: Flexible – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends – you choose what works for you

What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
  • Provide transportation to appointments when needed
  • Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
  • Follow care plans and infection control guidelines
Requirements

  • Active CNA license or HHA certificate required (we can discuss based on the specific case)
  • Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
