Now Hiring CNA / HHA Caregivers – Flexible Schedules Across Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Longwood & Casselberry

One You Love Homecare is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time opportunities throughout the Winter Park and surrounding areas.

We work with your availability to create a schedule that fits your life and assign clients as close to home as possible.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and genuine emotional support
  • Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
  • Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
  • Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards
  • Provide transportation to appointments when assigned
  • Document care accurately and clock in/out properly
Requirements

  • Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
  • Experience with seniors, home care, or dementia/memory care preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
