Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for caregivers who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours while making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need assistance at home.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour
Hours: Part-time with opportunities to build to 20+ hours per week based on availability

Schedule / Expected Work Hours
• Hours assigned based on availability and client needs

Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and infection control protocols
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities when required
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Clock in/out and document all care activities accurately

Qualifications
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) registration in good standing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry required
• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proof of automobile insurance if transporting clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
