We are hiring certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for CNAs and HHAs who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours while making a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need assistance at home.
Hours: Part-time with opportunities to build to 20+ hours per week based on availability

- Hours assigned based on availability and client needs
- Flexible scheduling available (days, evenings, weekends, and overnights)
- Consistent schedules whenever possible
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain client safety and report changes in condition
- Observe infection control and follow individualized care plan protocols
- Provide transportation for appointments and activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Remind clients to take medication (non-medical only)
- Clock in/out and document all tasks accurately
- Current HHA registration in good standing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry required, OR active CNA certification in Oklahoma required
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if transporting clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
